Job description

For Yarno, customer support is more than just our helpdesk software.

It’s really looking after our customers – helping them through their challenges, solving tricky problems together and delighting them with our dedication and creativity.

Yarno is a workplace learning platform that regular people use. Some of these people may be as tech-savvy as the average millennial, and others may not – either way, it’s okay. They’re just trying to get a job done, or maybe learn something new. And it’s your job to help them do just that.
