If you’re thinking it’s time to cut your teeth or further immerse yourself into the world of Ecommerce, look no further! We are looking for a motivated Ecommerce Digital Support role with an awareness of Magento, Shopify and BigCommerce to join our growing team in Surry Hills, Sydney.

Convert Digital is an eCommerce focused digital agency based in Melbourne, Sydney and Hanoi. We believe in the right platform for the job and specialise in Magento 1 & 2, Shopify Plus and BigCommerce.

● Work with Account Managers to review client requests, create new feature briefs, bug reports and manage tasks through to closure

● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, always adding value!

● Field incoming tickets (Zendesk), provide first class communication and offer timely, high quality solutions to exceed SLA expectations

● Ability to pick up the phone to troubleshoot problems, obtain clarity or check in for WIPs

● Attend client meetings to drive agenda, offer ecommerce thought leadership and create a trusted advisor relationship

● Show initiative to add value and identify areas to improve client's website performance in line with ecommerce goals

● Assist Account Manager’s in developing and maintaining client roadmaps

● Work closely with third parties and partners to identify great opportunities

● Hands on eCommerce - understand the changing Ecommerce environment and how to apply technology to improve it

Desired Skills / Experience ● A passion for eCommerce and the right attitude! ● Exposure to Magento, Shopify or BigCommerce… all three is a bonus ● Ability to navigate through Google Analytics
