Ribit and Sydney’s premier media and creative-tech hub - The Studio - invite you to a special Q&A panel and networking session aimed at inspiring future generations of young women looking for opportunities in the media, entertainment and creative-tech sector.

Hosted by Claire Marshall, award winning creative and transmedia storyteller with clients such as World Wildlife Fund and Vivid Festival Sydney, and a team of panellists from peak video game reps IGA, cutting edge AR/VR specialists The Working Group and the internationally acclaimed animation experts Animal Logic, you’ll hear about:

  • How did they get started?
  • How did they manage to stay in the field?
  • What are they working on?
  • What do they have to say to you, the audience, and future decision makers in your fields on how close the gender gap in your sector?

This event is open to students from all universities, TAFE and accredited colleges.


If you’re a student:

This event is an ideal opportunity for women students and recent graduates with skills in science, technology, engineering, arts and maths, to connect with inspiring women from film, engineering, video games, digital design and coding.

The panel and networking event gives women students the chance to hear from and talk to senior industry leaders about potential job opportunities and receive guidance for their career development.
