Who has skills or a background in technology, finance, business, marketing, creative, or administration, these two hours could open up incredible new opportunities for you.
Examples of opportunities offered at past Fintern events include:
You will also receive an interview skills coaching session from an industry expert and the opportunity to network with mentors from the financial technologies industry who can provide valuable advice on your future career.
IF YOU’RE AN EMPLOYER...
Who is looking for top emerging student talent from all universities and tertiary institutions in Sydney and around Australia, then don’t miss this.
Ribit sources and matches students to attend the event based on the skills and expertise that you require, with an estimated 80 - 100 students to be in attendance.
Participating employers will have the chance to formally interview students in our curated, highly efficient 70 minute speed dating session, and meet with others informally afterwards.
Our statistics show that around half of the businesses who participate in a Ribit speed-networking event find students for roles.
Employers from the Stone & Chalk community welcome.
Students: Free, however registration and profile completion on Ribit is a pre-requisite.
This covers the pre-matching of students, event curation and production of employer and student collateral. Our events are carefully optimised to create an efficient and productive dynamic and providing a quality experience for event attendees.
This event is open to students from all universities, accredited businesses, industry colleges and TAFE.

“Having access to thousands of student profiles from multiple universities on the one platform was a huge plus as it saved us from having to approach each university individually. Not only was it easy to post a job, but also to review and shortlist candidates.”

“Working with the Ribit platform and team has been fantastic. For people who complain about the current generation, they are not looking hard enough. I have been able to build a brilliant team of young people with the help of Ribit, with 50% of the NoiseNet team having come through RIbit.”
- Stuart Clough, CEO, NoiseNet
